Painting Challenge Pre-Order

Artist hereby sells an Original Work to Purchaser at the agreed value of $997 when the Work is completed.

Purchaser grants Artist permission to use the reference photos provided by Purchaser and to make all creative decisions she deems necessary in the creation of the Work. Purchaser acknowledges that the Artist will take artistic license to create a work of art that represents the subject through her expertise and style and that no alterations will be made to the Work after the Artist deems it complete.

Purchaser will not permit any intentional destruction, damage, or modification of the work.

Artist reserves all copyrights and rights to reproduce the Work. No part of the Work may be reproduced—electronically, mechanically, photocopied, or otherwise—without prior permission of the copyright owner.

Before committing the Work to a show, Purchaser must give Artist notice of interest to do so, telling the Artist all the details of the show that Purchaser then knows. Permission must be granted by the Artist who reserves the right to approve credits given to the Artist.

This contract binds the parties, their heirs, and all their successors in interest, and all Purchaser’s obligations are attached to the Work and go with ownership of the work.
