Shipping Policies

Though we usually process orders in just a few days, because we create our prints in-house and on-demand, processing times may vary. Canvas prints take more time due to the nature of the print and post-print coatings that must be applied to ensure a lasting quality product.

Order Processing

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Expedited Shipping

Orders are processed in sequential order based on the date and time they were placed. Selecting expedited shipping options will make the shipping process faster, but will not affect order processing times.

Rush Orders

A $50 rush fee may be applied at checkout to ensure faster processing of your order. However, we cannot rush the actual printing process. For instance, a canvas giclée print requires a minimum of 3 days to properly cure before shipping. We will not compromised the quality of the product to meet rush orders. The rush fee simply moves your order to the top of the pile.

Transit Times

We ship orders via ground shipping with UPS and USPS. Transit times will vary according to the carrier. We provide tracking numbers when the order has shipped. We have no influence over how fast an order gets to you once it has been picked up by the carrier.

Returns Overview

We hope you’re thrilled with the products you receive from us, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out that way. In order to accommodate these occasions, we have a 30-day return policy. Please find the details below.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility except in the event of an incorrect order. In the latter case we will happily take care of return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of the products we offer, only some products are returnable. Giclée Prints on paper and canvas are print-on-demand products and therefore cannot be returned. When purchasing a giclée, custom print, or original work, we highly recommend double checking the measurements of the space you intend to display the art in to avoid potential issues.

Refunds

Once your return is received and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t yet received it, please contact us here.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item, please contact us here.

Damaged Package

Sometimes a package may get damaged in shipping, resulting in damage to the print. If you have received a package like this, please take pictures of the packaging and the damage to the print. Then email them to us at support@jenbrandonstudio.com with your order details so we can replace the print quickly.

Shipping Your Return

We prefer that the item is returned in the original packaging if possible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in the instance of a replacement due to damaged itesm. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Items that cannot be confirmed as delivered to us cannot be refunded.
